"The website still feels outdated"
It’s the same issue again — the website looks old and cluttered. I was hoping it would feel more modern by now, but it still comes across as messy and a bit hard to navigate.

"Pretty easy to put together"
I ordered this from By The Yard, and honestly... the assembly was easier than I thought it would be. The pieces lined up well and the instructions were clear, though I did have to go back and reread one step to make sure I had it right. It took me about 30-40 minutes with basic tools, and once it was all set up, it felt really solid. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the screws were a bit annoying to get started, but overall... not bad at all...

"Looks better than it feels"
I wanted to like this chair, but reading between the lines, it seems like comfort wasn’t really the main focus here. After just a few minutes of sitting, it started feeling really hard and uncomfortable. It might be fine for short use, but I wouldn’t want to sit in it for long.

"Decent item, but the packaging made me nervous"
I got my order from bytheyard.net and the item itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy and was partly crushed when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. Luckily nothing was broken, but it really didn’t seem like it was packed with much care. I also wasn’t eager to deal with customer service over it because I never really trust those situations to go smoothly.

"Nice, but seriously overpriced"
The stuff is nice, I’ll give it that, but come on, the prices are way higher than they need to be. I liked it, but I don’t have the patience to keep paying that much for something that should cost less.

"Good help, just a tiny wait"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me fast, which I appreciated because I was kind of sitting there wondering what was going on. One of the replies did take a little longer than the others, so I was starting to get mildly impatient, but they were really nice once they responded and got everything sorted out. So yeah, overall good customer service.

"Should’ve been a simple patio chair"
The chairs looked nice when I first got them, so I figured there wasn’t much to worry about. But after just a few months outside, mine started cracking. It’s frustrating because it’s just a chair, it shouldn’t turn into a whole issue that quickly

"Not as eco-friendly as I was hoping"
I was trying to find some outdoor furniture that had clearer eco info, but the material details felt vague. Maybe I just missed it, but I couldn’t find much about where things are sourced or how sustainable it actually is. For the price, I kinda expected more transparancy. I ended up not feeling great about ordering from here

I ordered this chair the color is almost exactly like the pictures, at least to me. The finish looks really nice too. It’s maybe just a tiny bit lighter in person, but not enough to bother me. I’m still happy with it overall.

"Poor communication made it more work than it should’ve been"
I had to keep chasing them for order updates, which got frustrating. Communication was really poor, and it felt like extra work on my end just to find out what was going on.

"I was kind of confused by how..."
I was kind of confused by how little there was to choose from. I went in expecting more styles and colors, but I couldn’t really find anything close to what I had in mind. I kept looking around thinking maybe I was missing another section or something, but nope. Ended up leaving annoyed.

"Pretty good help with the warranty"

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from bytheyard.net and, the delivery was kind of a hassle. The tracking barely seemed to move for days or whatever, and the package ended up showing up way later than I thought it was supposed to.

I had to email them just to figure out what was going on, and the answer I got was sort of vague. The product itself was fine enough, but the whole shipping thing was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Totally Not Worth It"
I was really hoping this would be decent, but nope. The quality is bad, and it feels like something that gave up halfway through being made. So yeah, fantastic purchase if you enjoy disappointment.
